COVID 19 Business Update: Tuesday 5th January 2021

Current status: Business Open

Please do not come to branch if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms – a temperature, a new persistent cough, a fever or a lack of taste or smell.

Lloyd Worrall branches will remain open to both trade and DIY customers.

Following the Government’s announcement of a third lockdown in England we can confirm that Lloyd Worrall branches will remain open during this time.

The Government is keen that construction activity continues in a safe manner as far as possible and it is clearly vital that our essential infrastructure, our homes and public buildings continue to be maintained. As a crucial part of the industry’s supply chain our branches remain open and we continue to operate in a safe manner subject to the current Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs):

You may visit the branch as usual during normal opening hours.

Whilst on site you may be reminded of the new operating procedures. It is critical that you follow these at all times. Should you fail to comply then, for the safety of all other colleagues and customers, you could be denied entry / instructed to leave the branch.

Our aim is to continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers whilst maintaining your safety as well as that of our colleagues. To achieve this, we all need to operate in a different way than we are used to, with safety remaining our number one priority. We believe that by working together to achieve this, we can continue to support you and your business through these difficult times.

We would like to thank you all for your loyalty and continued support as we all adjust to new ways of working.

Who can I contact about my account?

In keeping with Government guidelines, our colleagues in key central functions continue to work from home, therefore our Credit Control and Purchase Ledger teams remain fully operational and can be contacted in the usual way.

We appreciate that customers will be looking to make their regular account payments and to help protect our colleagues from the risks of COVID-19, we would much prefer for all payments to be made either electronically or via the telephone.

To this end and to assist with payments we have the following options:
